Registration forms will be issued on payment of Rs.250/- at the school office to the father / mother / guardian of the child seeking admission. It is essential that the correct information be furnished in the registration form as this will be used as the basis for school record, if the child is given admission. Registration Forms will not be accepted unless the date of birth of the child is authenticated by Corporation Birth Certificate from monday to saturday.

The registration form should be submitted at the school office between 9.30 am and 1.00 pm. duly completed and signed within the stipulated date, failing which the application will remain invalid and a fresh application should be taken for registration.
A photocopy of the original Corporation / Municipal Birth Certificate duly attested by a Gazetted officer should accompany the registration form. The registration of the application form does not carry any guarantee of admission.
The fees must be paid on the notified dates failing which the seat will be forfeited. Fees once paid will not be refunded, adjusted or transferred to some other student's name under any circumstance.
After remittance of fees/book purchase, an Admit Card will be issued. The Admit card should be produced to the Class teacher on the re-opening day.
Withdrawals are not permitted during the course of a term. A week's notice in writing is required. The requisition should be made by the father. In absence of the father, the mother's signature is accepted.
9: 00 a.m - 4.15 p.m. All Students to report to school at 8.45 a.m.
Assembly begins at 9.00 a.m. and it is a must for the students to attend the assembly. Students will assemble class-wise and maintain absolute silence.
School office functions from Monday through Saturday with working hours from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
